Regular readers know that I’m obsessed with women’s participation in the paid workforce. I’ve written about it on this platform, at Fortune, on LinkedIn, and on Forbes.

And now I get to talk about it at the Power to Fly Empower Her Summit.

My talk is titled “Show Her The Money: Expanding Women’s Access to Paid Work.”

At the end of 2024 women’s workforce participation rate was nearly 78% – the highest rate on record. But that’s only a few points above where it was in the 90s and it’s still 11 points lower than men.

In my talk I’ll discuss the barriers that keep women from fully participating in the paid labor force and suggest ways we can all work together to dismantle them
