Join me at the Power to Fly Diversity Summit to discuss women and power

I’ve been speaking at Power to Fly events for many years and I always have a great time. These are well-curated events that feature experts across so many domains. And they are always free!

Next week, in honor of Women’s History Month, they are holding a Diversity Reboot Summit titled “Empower Her: Advancing Women In The Workplace and Beyond.”

If you know me at all then you know this is a topic area that is very important to me. My session, which is on Tuesday, March 19 at 3pm ET, is “In Pursuit of Power: Bringing More Women to the Table.”

I’m going to talk about power across three dimensions — economic power, corporate power, and political power. We’ll talk about why it’s important women to have equal access to all three types of power, what the barriers are to reaching that equality, and how we can work collectively to put more power into the hands of more women.
